City Lofts offers modern studio and 1-bedroom units in a modestly sized building with ALL of the amenities.

Typically smaller buildings, especially with smaller units, tend to skimp on building amenities. Not here – this luxury boutique apartment building has a washer and dryer in every unit, an indoor bike storage and maintenance area, a dog washing station, fitness center, extra storage for rent, an inviting entryway, and expansive windows with city and natural views. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, apron sink, stone countertops and modern lighting; and every unit is equipped with interior air conditioning units.

The building was designed to work with the site’s terrain so that it balances size with the desires of the gateway district as well as the neighborhood along Manseau Street. Although zoning allows for greater density, our building will have only 3 stories on the neighborhood side and 4 stories along the bustling East Allen Street side.
